Miniature soft shackle for securely attaching Allen 30mm Dynamic Tii Block to the block plate. PLEASE NOTE - these are very small and to fit them you may want to remove your deck plate from your boat. They are designed for permanent fitting of blocks to the block plate and are NOT designed for easy removal.  The blocks and plate are NOT included.  Price is for one soft shackle.
